Rice with peas and carrots

Ingredients

  • 400 g amestec mazăre-morcov,
  • 200 g rice,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 tablespoons oil,

  • pepper.

Cooking suggestion

In a deep-frying pan, sauté the finely chopped onion and carrot-pea mixture in the oil. The composition is covered with water, seasoned with salt and pepper and boiled for 5-10 minutes. Add the rice with 2 cups of water and bring to the boil for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
