- 1First of all, we start kneading the dough for the tart.
- 2The flour is sifted together with the baking powder in a bowl.
- 3On top of this we come with breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt. In a separate bowl, beat the egg together with the butter that we melted beforehand, and then incorporate it. It is kneaded well, and the formed dough is stretched into a round sheet.
- 4In a tart form, greased with a little butter and lined with flour, place the tart and prick it with a fork. We put it in the oven for 10 minutes, ventilation up and down, at a temperature of 180 degrees.
- 5In the meantime, prepare the filling for the tart.
- 6Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream, the remaining egg and a pinch of salt.
- 7Chop a few leaves of fresh basil (to taste) and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Mix the cream cheese with the basil, boiled and drained peas.
- 8The filling is poured into the form over the top. Decorate with the sliced tomatoes and put it back in the oven for another 30 minutes at the right heat.
