- 1Preparation of buns: The flour is mixed with salt. Put the yeast and sugar over the warm water and let it act for 5 minutes. Mix the melted butter with the milk. After the 5 minutes, add the mixture of yeast, water, sugar and milk together with the melted butter to the flour. Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes, put it in a bowl greased with oil and let it rise for 1 hour: 30-2 hours . After the dough has doubled, divide the dough into 4 balls and form the buns. Let it rise for another 30 minutes on the tray. After 30 minutes, brush with egg yolk and milk and sprinkle with a mixture of white sesame, black sesame and mixed seeds. The buns go to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
- 2Preparation of the meat: Prepare a piece of pork (the leg/neck can be used) and put a mixture of spices on it: smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, pepper, chili and 2 teaspoons of olive oil. On top of the meat is the sauce consisting of: 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 100 ml of water, 100 ml of tomato sauce, a little thyme, soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Put the meat in the oven at 150 degrees for 3 and a half hours, and when it's ready, tear it into strips with a fork and mix it with the sauce in the pan.
- 3Preparing the salad: The salad was as simple as possible: red cabbage, carrot, a teaspoon of mayonnaise, a teaspoon of sour cream, salt and pepper.
- 4Preparing the potatoes: Remove the bag of potatoes from the freezer and place the potatoes on baking paper in a tray. The tray went into the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. After the 20 minutes, remove the tray and sprinkle a mixture of spices (paprika, garlic and pepper) and a little olive oil. Put the tray back in the oven for another 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Assembly:Cut the buns in half and place the meat on the base of the bun. Place the salad on top of the meat, and pickled cucumbers for added flavor. Put the lid on the bun and serve it with the potatoes prepared in the oven.
