  • 400g Frescoverde pan vegetable mix
  • 400g of feather pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250g pureed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt, pepper, granulated garlic to taste
  • 40g grated parmesan
  • Fresh parsley

    First, we add the pasta to a saucepan and cook it according to the instructions on the package.

    In a pan, we sauté the onion with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and oregano.

    We add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, frozen vegetables, and a bit of water.

    We let it simmer for 10-12 minutes until the vegetables become soft and the sauce reaches the desired consistency.

    At this step, everyone knows exactly what texture they prefer for the vegetables and how much they want to cook them.

    The pasta is drained and added to the prepared sauce.

    We let it cook for another 2-3 minutes to blend the flavors, then sprinkle freshly ground black pepper.
