    First, we start by preparing the sauce we need for the steak.

    Mix the soy sauce with paprika, garlic and chilli flakes.

    Season the meat with salt and pepper, place it in a hot pan with a teaspoon of olive oil and a cube of butter.

    add 2 sprigs of rosemary for an even richer flavor, turning it on all sides until well browned.

    Very important: the meat should not be kept for more than 5 minutes on each side.

    After our meat has browned, we move it to a tray to be put in the oven together with the rosemary sprigs.

    Brush the meat with soy sauce and put the tray in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

    During this time, we start to prepare the mustard sauce and the peas.
