Preparation suggestion
- 1Boil the water to blanch the peas.
- 2When the water boils, we put the frozen peas in the water and count to 20, and then take them out. In this way, we manage to blanch the peas correctly.
- 3Put the peas in a food processor, add the wasabi paste, 50g butter and salt
- 4At the end, we also add a bowl with the water in which the peas were scalded. Mix the peas until we get a puree as we want.
- 5We can eat this with pork tenderloin or on crackers.
- 6Fine mashed potatoes
- 7For the second mash, boil the potatoes in salted water until soft.
- 8Drain the potatoes from the water and start mashing them.
- 9Add 200g butter, milk, salt and pepper and mix well.
- 10At the end, we put the puree in a sieve and mix until it becomes very fine.
- 11It can be served with chicken liver stew, ciulama or meatballs with tomato sauce.
