    Boil the water to blanch the peas.

    When the water boils, we put the frozen peas in the water and count to 20, and then take them out. In this way, we manage to blanch the peas correctly.

    Put the peas in a food processor, add the wasabi paste, 50g butter and salt

    At the end, we also add a bowl with the water in which the peas were scalded. Mix the peas until we get a puree as we want.

    We can eat this with pork tenderloin or on crackers.

    For the second mash, boil the potatoes in salted water until soft.
