      We start by finely chopping the onion, garlic and bell pepper.

      In a hot pan, we temper them for about 1 minute.

      Season with paprika, paprika and oregano. Mix well and add the minced meat, salt and pepper.

      This is left on a low heat to be well penetrated for 15-20 minutes.

      During this time, we mix and break the pieces of meat with the help of a spatula to make them as small as possible. After the 20 minutes, add the can of peeled tomatoes and 150 ml of water.

      Immediately after, we add the red beans that we washed beforehand, and the Frescoverde corn kernels.
