Preparation suggestion
- 1We start by finely chopping the onion, garlic and bell pepper.
- 2In a hot pan, we temper them for about 1 minute.
- 3Season with paprika, paprika and oregano. Mix well and add the minced meat, salt and pepper.
- 4This is left on a low heat to be well penetrated for 15-20 minutes.
- 5During this time, we mix and break the pieces of meat with the help of a spatula to make them as small as possible. After the 20 minutes, add the can of peeled tomatoes and 150 ml of water.
- 6Immediately after, we add the red beans that we washed beforehand, and the Frescoverde corn kernels.
- 7It is left on low heat for about 10 minutes, in this way. At the end, we season with freshly chopped parsley and two hot peppers to make it as spicy as possible.
- 8If you notice that it is much too spicy for your taste, you can also add a little cream.
