    We take out a bag of Frescoverde cauliflower from the freezer, which we boil, and let it drain.

    After all the water has evaporated, chop it finely or put it in a food processor for grinding.

    In a bowl, mix with the olive oil, the two eggs, grated cheese or vegan cheese (it can be replaced with normal cheese if you don't want to take the whole recipe to a vegan/vegetarian area) to taste, green onions and crushed garlic.

    Season to taste with salt, pepper, oregano and some fresh parsley leaves.

    The burger patties formed from this mixture are placed on baking paper and put in the oven for 35 minutes, at a temperature of 200 degrees.

    Brown the burger buns for 5 minutes on a grill pan, and then start assembling the burger.

    Spread the buns with a little fasting mayonnaise, add iceberg or valerian salad, cucumbers, onion cut into rings, cauliflower burger patty, avocado slices, hot pepper jam (optional) and some micro herbs.

    It can be served with some freshly fried potatoes or, as Lili tried, with a little starch to make them more crunchy.
