  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 200g Mexican Frescoverde mix
  • 100ml cooking cream
  • a handful of fresh parsley

    The chicken breast is cut into cubes and seasoned with the following: sweet paprika, turmeric (it gives an incredible aroma and cannot be left out!), garam masala and garlic.

    Heat the butter in a pan and throw the chicken pieces over it.

    When the chicken breast is ready, put it in a bowl, and in the same pan, add the onion and the two cloves of garlic.
