Vegetable soup

Ingredients

  • 400 g of vegetable mixture,
  • 25 g butter,
  • fresh parsley leaves,
  • salt,
  • pepper.

Cooking suggestion

In a pot, the vegetables are heated in butter and seasoned with salt, pepper. Add the desired amount of water to the composition and leave to boil for about 15-20 minutes. In the end, the soup is garnished with fresh parsley leaves.
