Pasta with broccoli and tomatoes


  • 400 g broccoli,
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes,
  • 500 g pasta,
  • 2 tablespoons oil,
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic,
  • salt,
  • pepper,
  • 2-3 fresh basil leaves.

Cooking suggestion

Broccoli is boiled in salted water for a few minutes, so that it stays crispy. After boiling, the broccoli is allowed to drain out of the water. In a frying pan chop the chopped garlic and the tomatoes in two. Add the broccoli, boiled pasta and season with salt, pepper and fresh basil leaves, leaving the mixture on low heat for another 2 minutes.
