Oven roasted vegetables
Ingredients
- 400 g Royal mix of vegetables,
- 200 ml liquid cream,
- 100 g shaved cheese,
- 20 g butter,
- 3 spoons of breadcrumb,
- salt,
- pepper.
Cooking suggestion
The vegetables are boiled in water with a little salt, for a few minutes, so that they remain crispy. After the water has been drained, the vegetables are placed in a tray lined with butter and breadcrumbs. Pour the liquid cream, sprinkle the grated cheese, salt, pepper and bake for 20-25 minutes.
