Oven roasted vegetables


  • 400 g Royal mix of vegetables,
  • 200 ml liquid cream,
  • 100 g shaved cheese,
  • 20 g butter,
  • 3 spoons of breadcrumb,
  • salt,
  • pepper.

Cooking suggestion

The vegetables are boiled in water with a little salt, for a few minutes, so that they remain crispy. After the water has been drained, the vegetables are placed in a tray lined with butter and breadcrumbs. Pour the liquid cream, sprinkle the grated cheese, salt, pepper and bake for 20-25 minutes.
