Cauliflower cream soup

Ingredients

  • 400 g cauliflower,
  • 1 carrot,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 potato,
  • salt,
  • pepper.

Cooking suggestion

The vegetables are boiled in water with a little salt, in the following order: carrot, onion, potato, cauliflower. After boiling the vegetables are removed from the water and mixed with a blender, gradually adding the water in which they boiled, until the desired consistency is obtained. Season with salt and pepper and serve with bread croutons.
