Baked green beans


  • 400 g green beans,
  • 1 tablespoon oil,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 pepper,
  • 1 carrot,
  • 1 tomatto,
  • salt,
  • pepper.

Cooking suggestion

In a deep-frying pan, saute the finely chopped onion, the diced bell pepper and the carrot. Add the beans and a little water, cover the composition and leave to boil. When the beans are almost boiled, add the diced tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and leave on the heat for about 8-10 minutes.
